The University of Texas will retire the Jerseys of 2 of their most popular athletes of the new decade. Basketball player Kevin Durant and Vince Young, Quarterback of the National Champion Longhorn football team Vince Young will be honored by the University in the 2008-09 school year. Durant is currently playing hoops for the Seattle Supersonics while Young is the QB for the Tennessee Titans. Young was also listed on the ESPN 25 greatest college football players of all time.
